Each Western Sportsman auction is sold under the terms published with that auction’s catalog. By registering to bid, in person or online, you accept those terms together with the general conditions below.

Bidding

Lots are sold as is, where is. Previews are held before each sale at 7606 Sand St, Fort Worth, TX 76118, and by appointment; please inspect what you intend to buy.
The auctioneer’s decision on any dispute is final. Buyer’s premium, sales tax and payment terms are stated in each auction’s catalog.

Pick-up and hauling

Purchases are located in Fort Worth, Texas unless the catalog says otherwise. Getting them to you is the buyer’s responsibility; see our Hauling page for zones, pricing and the people to call, or call or text Mark at 713-594-1576 about items that can ship by USPS, FedEx or UPS.
